Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Bocatech Switches. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website www.bocatechswitches.com. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Free U.S. Shipping
- Bocatech offers free U.S. shipping on orders over $150 for switches, housings, harnesses, and tools.
- Heavy items may be excluded from free shipping and will ship with calculated rates at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen factors.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States Standard: 3–7 business days
- United States Expedited: 2–3 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
4. Shipping Carriers
We offer UPS and FedEx shipping options at checkout.
Some orders may ship through another carrier when required based on destination, availability, or order type.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by U.S. trade regulations.
6. International Shipping
- International shipping is available to select destinations.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Bulk, OEM, and Dealer Orders
For bulk, OEM, or dealer orders, please contact Sales for shipping options, pricing, and fulfillment details.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website.
9. Risk of Loss & Damaged Packages
- Risk of loss or damage to items passes to you upon delivery.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or provide a replacement if applicable.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
11. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at dr@bocatechswitches.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been handed to the shipping provider.
